Acceptable use
You agree not to submit system prompts that contain illegal content, personally identifiable information of third parties without consent, or content that violates applicable laws.
Intellectual property
Your system prompts remain your intellectual property. BeamEval does not claim ownership of any content you submit.
Limitation of liability
BeamEval provides evaluations on a best-effort basis. Evaluation scores are indicative and should not be used as the sole measure of AI system safety or quality. BeamEval is not liable for decisions made based on evaluation results.
