When you use BeamEval, we collect the email address you provide and the system prompt you submit for evaluation. We use this data solely to generate your quality report and send it to you.
How we use your data
Your system prompts are processed to generate evaluation reports. We do not use your prompts to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data retention
Evaluation results and associated data are retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@beameval.com.
Third-party services
We use third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to run evaluations. Your system prompts are sent to these providers as part of the evaluation process. These providers have their own privacy policies governing data handling.
